Character Description: Arias Hono
The leader of the team where Taiyou is, Ace is an intelligent and somewhat arrogant person. Truth is, he prefers to be called Ace than his real name, Arias (Ace is the registered name at the 'Cast of Characters' list during the ending theme trailer). At first, he and Taiyou can't go along with each other, but as the series progresses, they learn the importance of cooperation. His intelligence puts him at odds with Taiyou's alleged 'sixth sense', just as how the other way around applies.
We may never know it, but when it comes to inner thoughts, he looks up to Taiyou. The reason? Unparalleled courage that only Taiyou has. Unlike the team's Natural Survivor, Ace never resorts to doing death-defying heroic acts when things get really tough.
Last bit of secret that I have about this guy: He may be intelligent, level-minded, and analytical, but he is morbidly afraid of injections.
