Anime Description: Whistle

Whistle is about a junior high boy named Sho Kazamatsuri who used to go to Musashinomori (a school for highly educated students, also known for it's amazing soccer team). He transferred to Josui so he would be able to play soccer. Sho makes the soccer team, but he isn't a great player. He spends a whole week out of school practicing his soccer and improving his skills. His teammates also help him along the way with their support. Most of the students at Josui now look up to Sho as a role model because he's always trying his best, never gives up and he believes there's always room for improvement.

With a new team Josui is ready for the spring tournament, but unfortunately their first match is up against Musashinomori. After a long and hard game Josui looses 2-3, however there is a bright side. Lots of the students at Josui were inspired by the game against Musashinomori that they wanted to join. One of the students that they got was a must have. His name is Daichi Fuwa, the soon to be GK (Goal Keeper). With the District Primary tournament coming up Josui's got a lot of pressure on them and it's not just soccer problems. The exams are coming up and if even one student from the soccer team gets a below average score they loose the soccer team. Things also go wrong in Tatsuya Mizuno's family and now the whole soccer team is starting to fall apart right before the tournament.
