Character Description: Chao Lingshen
Chao is a very mysterious character. She rarely shows up in the anime, but what is known makes her a suspicious person. She knows about Negi being a mage, and about Evangeline's secret too.
Chao is very adept at working with machines and helps "professor" Hakase in the College Engineering Labs. In the manga it references that she is a blood-relative of Negi, but it never says the exact relation. Even though she is only in Middle School, she is in the Colleges Quantum-Physics club and the Colleges Engineering club.
