Character Description: Shizuru Fujino
Shizuru Fujino is the leader of the Student council at Fuka Academy. She is almost always calm, and is in a sort of rivalry with Haruka Suzushiro, whom she won the rank president over (only 12 votes for Haruka). Shizuru hails from Kyoto and has an accent.
Later on in the series, it is revealed that she has romantic feelings for Natsuki Kuga, as seen when she helps Natsuki later on and kisses her, which Haruka and Yukino witness.
It is also revealed that Shizuru is one of the 12 HiME.
