Rarity is the owner of the Carousel Boutique and, as such, she happens to be a talented seamstress. She has a love of beautiful things and is overly formal, but she has also shown generosity. Like all unicorns, Rarity is capable of magic (focused through her horn) which she uses to help her find gemstones for her to use in her dressmaking.
