Character Profile: Ichijo

Ichijo is the class representative of class 1-C. She is seen as strange and odd due to her odd behavior and constant calm face at everything that happens around her, no matter how crazy or insane the situation or event. She is often seen drinking green tea. Only her last name, Ichijo, is ever given.

Some of her odd behavior includes standing and sitting at random moments and announcing her rank in the class representative. As the anime goes on her behavior becomes even more strange such as performing a rain prayer twice and getting them to work both times. Some of her acts are highly questionable and she has even been seen as evil among fans after poisoning the schools water and feeding Becky's rabbit, Mesousa, poisoned dumplings.

Ichijo is also a figurine collector and is seen as a maniac collector since she waits until the figures are about to be canceled before collecting them, saying that by that time the painters of the figures will have perfected painting them.

Ichijo has one younger sister in the anime, but has two younger sisters in the manga. Ichijo and her sister are the only ones who know of the aliens watching Becky.
