Character Description: Madam Boss
Madam boss is in "The Birth of Mewtwo". Like many evil characters, her eyes are covered by a black shadow. Giovanni seems to think she is very beautiful. Sometimes she call Giovanni her braty little bratty boy. She is only briefly shown with black hair and a red suit. She loves money. She even let Miyamoto (Jessie's mother) die for money.
Madam Boss is never seen again. Twenty years after Giovanni takes over team rocket for her. It's not known what happened to her after that, or even if she will appear in the anime for that matter! I think she is a very mysterious character in the team rocket CD dramas.
