Character Profile: Ginei Morioka

To look at him, one would think Ginei Morioka is a rather charming fellow. However, Ginei is rather girl-crazy almost to the point of being a total pervert. That said, he is extremely attracted to Moka and considers Tsukune a rival for her affections.

Since Ginei is a student at Youkai Academy, it is obvious he is a monster in human guise. In Ginei's case, his true form happens to be that of a werewolf. As a werewolf, his powers reach the highest point when the full moon shines. Under a full moon, he is faster and more powerful, but even that isn't enough against Inner Moka who beats him with hardly any difficulty.

In addition to being a werewolf, Ginei Morioka is also the president in the Newspaper Club. He's often referred to "Gin" and he's a peeping tom. He has an affection for Moka and he hasn't given up, even though she likes Tsukune. Ginei is a loyal friend to the group.
