Character Description: Aka Houshi Rezo
Aka Houshi Rezo (The Red Priest Rezo) has been blind all of his life and seeks a cure for his blindeness. After fullfilling a promise to his younger counter-part Zelgadis and in turn being betrayed by him, he searches for the Philosopher's Stone by himself in the hopes of regaining his sight with it, since the Stone can increase a person's magic abilities by an unbelievable amount.
Rezo the Red Priest is blind because Ruby-Eye Shabrinigdo is sealed in his eyes (at least one of the seven parts). When Rezo is able to open his eyes, they are ruby (glowing red), not brown.
