The chief of police finds himself at the butt end of the mayor's constant beratings of police brutality and mayhem. Usually, that means he passes along his anger and the beratings to Britain.

And he begins to give his irate beratings directly to Leona whenever she gets carried away on the job. It's rumored that an argument between Leona and the Chief can be heard from very far away, especially since Leona tends to get very ticked off (and very LOUD) every time the Chief chews her out. Usually, Britain and Al have to restrain her to keep her from charging the chief in her rage.
