Character Description: Oyuki
Oyuki, another childhood friend of Lum's, is from the planet Neptune and has powers of ice and snow. She is almost always placid and kind, and very reasonable.
When she is angry, she is ANGRY. She doesn't exactly make a facial expression, but the temperature around her starts dropping, and snow and ice goes totally crazy.
