Character Description: Hay Lin
Hay Lin is the Air Guardian in W.I.T.C.H.. She's very optimistic and enthusiastic, feisty and determined. She works in the restaurant The Silver Dragon.
There are differences made to her in the comic and TV show. In the comic, her grandmother Yan Lin died at the beginning, but joined the congregation in Kandrakar. In the TV show, she is still alive and well. In the TV show, Caleb worked in the restaurant with her, whereas he never so much as offered her a hand in the comics.
Later, Hay Lin gets braces. In the comics, she was reluctant at first, but when she got them she was really pleased with them, because she had carved the WITCH symbols on them. However, in T is for Trauma in the WITCH series, she was really self conscious about them.
