Character Description: Kiyoko
Kiyoko is an AKIRA subject, and has the ability to see the future and put thoughts in other's minds. She and her friend Masaru decided to go with Takashi in the explosion to prevent from killing millions of innocents. Apparently to them, Neo Tokyo wasn't exactly Candyland.
