Character Description: Rosiel
Rosiel is Alexiel's twin brother. He went nuts while he was sealed and is now after Alexiel's reincarnation, Setsuna Mudo, after Katan un-sealed him. He's just overall nutty.
In the manga, Rosiel tricks a lower-class angel named Kirie into thinking that if she killed Setsuna, Rosiel would love her more than Katan. Kirie fails to kill Setsuna because Sara jumps in front of him, takes the blast for him, then dies.
