Hikaru is Misaki's Battle Doll. She's a light-weight Battle doll designed to have intense speed. Hikaru's Name means sparkle.
Hikaru was supposedly designed after an angel Misaki saw on TV when she arrived in Tokyo, but when Misaki was fixing Hikaru's hair she cut of way to much. Also, Hikaru is a light weight because Misaki wanted a doll that was small like her.
