Character Description: Dr. O'Shay
Dr.O'Shay was elected new the head of the Ministry Of Science after Dr. Tenma vanished. A short time after that, Dr.O'Shay discovers Astro and brings him back to life, only to soon realize Astro is gifted with several superior powers and abilities plus the ability to experience all human emotions.
Seeing how Astro was abandoned by Dr. Tenma, Dr.O'Shay takes Astro in as a part of his own family and puts him in school. Dr.O'Shay believes robots should have the same rights humans do, and under his direction, the Ministry of Science becomes a refuge for robots in trouble and those in need of help.
