Character Profile: Luppi

Luppi temporarily replaces Grimmjow as the sixth espada. He has a childish appearance and tends to be very disrespectful of his opponents, and lower ranking Arrancar. He has a six tattooed on his right hip to signify his rank. His zanpakuto's name is Trepadora meaning ivy girl in Japanese and climber in Spanish. His broken mask is a top row of teeth on the left side of his head. In his released form he gains eight tentacle-like appendages which can also grow spikes on a piece on his back that he can independently control to fight many opponents at once. Once Grimmjow's arm is restored by Orihime, he kills Luppi to regain his rank after Luppi gets beaten too badly in battle and Aizen thinks he is too weak too be of any use.
