Character Description: Cindy
Cindy is a waitress at "Fredi's", a cafe where Dante usually goes for his strawberry sundaes. When working, she has an orange star tattooed under her left eye. Even indoors, she goes about her duties wearing roller skates. In regards to whoever picks her up (especially Issac), she doesn't like to be the one to pursue. In fact, she is the one who likes to do the pursuing!
