Character Description: Mireille
The story is set four years after the PS2 games which are at the heart of project .hack.
After she won two special edition character designs, Rena talks her twin brother, Shugo, into playing "the World" with her. They seemed to be normal players, with the exception of the strange bracelet given to Shugo by the Aura. But no...Twilight is drawing near once more.
Intrigued by their avatars, and by Kite's bracelet, Mireille convinces the twins to allow her to join their party.
In case Mireille may seem familiar, it's because in the manga she says that her mother is Mistral from the PS2 games (who also had a thing for rare items). Mistral was pregnant with Mireille in the PS2 games and quit playing "THE WORLD" near the end of the second game when she started to get near the delivery date. Later, she gave her character data to Mireille when Mireille started to play "The World".
On a side note the manga's storyline is very different. In the anime, she is Mirelle in real life, and Mirei in the game. In the manga, this is reversed.
