Character Description: Ulube Ishikawa
Ulube started off as the quiet good guy, but he got worse. He was the one who has Domon's father, cryogenically frozen. Along with Dr. Mikamura, he killed Domon's mother and had the idea that the Ultimate Gundam (now Dark) was to be used to overthrow the Japanese government.
He has that half of a mask to protect the scar he got from Dark Gundam and the body of Kyoji. It hides the DG cells later on.
