Character Description: Jubei Kakei
Jubei is the descendant of Kakei. He uses Kakei flying needles for healing. He and Kazuki are best friends. Also, the Kakei family served the Fuuchion family for many years. Jubei was the one who had to protect and serve the descendant of Fuuchion, Kazuki. Therefore, he vowed to protect Kazuki no matter what happened. And later on, they went to Infinity City together... and joined VOLTZ....
