Character Description: Mister Dispel
Mister Dispel is the main villian who tries to kidnap Noelle. He wants her because Noelle is an incomplete angel. If Noelle becomes an angel, then he has no more desire for her. He had many failed attempts on trying to kidnap Noelle. He has someone who helps him kidnap Noelle, which is Miruru. Miruru thinks Mister Dispel is her father, and always calls him pops.
Miruru failed all the plans Mister Dispel made. During the Durian festival, he was on Earth and decided to kidnap Noelle in person. He said he didn't need Miruru anymore, and decided to kill her. He was stopped by Gabriel, and saved Miruru's life. When he failed to kidnap Noelle in person, his puppet, Silky, transformed him into a doll. What's next?
