Character Description: Noelle
Noelle is a hyper, stupid, naive girl, but yet kind, and always happy. She's also an incomplete angel. She always has a halo on her head. She really cares about Yusuke, and she would do anything for him. During her free time, she would always try to fly, or chase Yusuke around.
Noelle decided to be Yusuke's angel, because his feelings are important. She would try everything to become an angel. She basically gets help from her little sister, Lucca. She creates wings for her, and tries to help her fly. But it always fails.
Sometimes Noelle will fall into Mister Dispel's traps, and gets kidnapped. But it's always stopped by her family. If Noelle becomes a complete angel, it'll create big problems for Mister Dispel.
Noelle has an older sister named Sara.
