Character Description: Dis Walney
Dis Walney is one of the galaxy's most famous animators. He is an expert cartoonist who was much loved by people all over the universe.
Dis Walney made his very first appearance when he was sent to King Dedede by N.M.E. to help make the King a better cartoon than last time since the Otakings weren't being much help (since they wanted to put Tiff in her own anime instead). Tiff was relieved when she learned that Dis Walney had come to Dreamland to help make a cartoon.
Later, somewhere in the castle, Dis Walney placed spark orbs on both Dedede and Kirby, and then Dedede started to smack Kirby around with his hammer. Then, Tiff suddenly knew that it wasn't the real Dis Walney! Just as she got close enough to Dis Walney to stop him from hurting Kirby some more, a red spark electrocuted Tiff and sent her flying backward, and that's when Dis Walney revealed his true identity; Anige, a monster from Nightmare Enterprises!
No one knows whenever the real Dis Walney is going to appear.
