Character Description: Gengu
Gengu is Cappy Town's toy store manager who runs the only toy store in Cappy Town, another place to get a steady flow of business. He serves many Cappy children by selling toys to them and their parents. Although there isn't much else to say, we know the fact that he can sometimes team up with Tuggle, too.
