Character Description: Photoron
The Photoron are the very people that forged the sacred sword Galaxia, the same sword that is currently wielded by Meta Knight. Galaxia took them many years to create. Not long after they finally completed the forging of Galaxia, N.M.E. sent the monster Kirisakin to steal and then guard Galaxia from them, after which Meta Knight and Garloot were sent by the Star Warrior Army to get it back (and while Meta Knight claimed victory upon being able to wield Galaxia, Kirisakin claimed Garloot's life, as she sacrificed herself for it so Meta Knight could get the sword). With Galaxia out of N.M.E.'s grasp, he no longer had the power to control the universe.
The Photoron are ancient fire people. In the Japanese version, the wise stone sage Kabu calls them the race of light. This is interesting, since Nightmare goes around calling himself the Emperor of Darkness. So naturally, both the Photoron and N.M.E. can be seen as foils to each other.
