Character Description: Mondo Ooya
Mondo Ooya is a spunky, courageous sort of kid who assists Professor Hiragi and his daughter Rockna in finding the Mon Mon Items, located in the six sections of the Mon World, each one revolving around one specific element (fire, air, etc.).
He helps to establish peace between Mon World and the real world. He also forges a friendship with a winged creature similar to the pegasus. Part of his job as a Mon Colle Knight is to keep Prince Eccentro and his minions from collecting the Items for themselves and destroying any chance at said peace between the worlds.
There is one real mystery regarding Mondo, however: how he got that criss-crossing bandage on his forehead.
