Character Description: Inspector Tale Messer
Inspector Tale Messer is the Galactic Federation, Planet Japan, Inspection Team Chief and Tadashi Nanase's former boss. Although he had been trying to convince the Nanase family to leave Earth for the past 15 years, he does not believe in using violence to do the job. As much as possible, he wants the Nanases to leave Earth by their own free will, without hurting them or forcing them to do so. He is not beyond "subtle" manipulation, though, as he once tried to use Rin Asakura to get to the Nanases (especially Narue) through Kazuto.
