Character Description: Boomer
Boomer is the youngest of The Rowdyruff Boys, and is Miyako/Bubbles' male counterpart. He is always seen with his two elder brothers, Brick and Butch. His 'weapon' is one of Miyako's cotton swabs. Boomer is one of the boys created by Mojo Jojo, and his signature colour is blue.
