Character Description: Miyako Goutokuji
Miyako is a sweet, somewhat ditzy, 13-year-old Japanese girl who is very into fashion. She's calm, sweet, and immensely popular with the guys and girls at her school for her maturity. She transforms using the phrase "Rolling Bubbles", and her weapon is a bubble wand. She seems to be a bit naive when it comes to her powers, as well as her role as Bubbles.
Miyako is the Japanese counterpart of the original Powerpuff Girls sweety, Bubbles. Unlike her American counterpart, she is much more mature and less likely to be 'bubbly' (Momoko seems to have taken the role) unless the situation involves clothes or love. Miyako gets along well with Momoko and looks up to Kaoru.
