Character Description: Ichinomiya Kantaro
Ichinomiya Kantarou is a folklorist who, for all his life, has searched for the Onikui Tengu (literally, Demon-Eating Goblin). He believes that the Demon-Eater can help him be "strong".
He is awfully materialistic, and will do quite a lot for money, but is also very lazy, and often time does not do work, much to the dismay of many of the other characters. The most common way he avoids doing his work as a folklore researcher is his cases as what one would call an "demon exterminator". However, he has a very strange approach to his work. Instead of complete ridding the world of the goblin or demon, he will name them, and gain a certain sense of "ownership" over them. He has done this to both Haruka (Onikui Tengu), and Yoko, a fox spirit.
He has one attack spell, and it really is not an attack spell. It's the Nine Word Chant, which can be considered a binding spelling.
