Character Profile: Panik

Panik is a eliminator hired by Pegasus to take out duelists at Duelist Kingdom, though his methods are any but ethical. One of his victims was Mai Valentine who lost 8 star chips to him.

When Yugi and his friends came to see what was the matter, they found he had elminated Mai already. Yugi decided to stand up to him and get Mai's starchips back for her.

Panik dueled by hiding his monsters from his opponent, increasing his defenses, and using pyrotechnics. When Yami started to trash-talk Panik of his methods, he got very irritated, which cost him the duel.

After Yugi won, Panik intended to kill the boy out of rage, but Yami's power allowed Yugi's body to endured as Panik became a victim of Yami's Mind Crush as the man was burned by his own flames.
