Character Description: Bui
Bui is the other member of Team Toguro besides the Toguros and Karasu. Bui has a powerful battle aura that he must inhibit by wearing very heavy armor.
Bui is very strong and can create an axe that is very heavy, but he swings it one-handed without trouble. He can also throw out energy weapons called Aura Battle Crosses.
Bui's Height
About 10 minutes into the English dub version of episode 57, Juri announces that Bui measures in at 9 feet and Hiei measures in at 4'10" without his hair. So two Hiei's stacked on top of each other would be 9'8", but comparing against the picture below this would seem to make Bui shorter than 9 feet. This could be misleading, however, because Hiei is 4'10" without his hair so when imagining two Hiei's stacked you have to do it without his tall hair. Also notice that in the picture Bui is looking downward, not holding his head straight up. That being said, I think it's more likely that the English dub just made up a height without actually comparing him against the other characters. Discrepancies like this, when what is said doesn't quite match with what is shown, are more difficult to explain in-universe, but I'll give it a go. Perhaps the height Juri had listed for Bui was incorrect, that it had been exaggerated.
