Character Description: Lieutenant O'Connell
O'Connell is the very loyal subordinate of Major Rob Hermann, and he proves this in an early Chaotic Century episode, "The Longest Night of the Republic". O'Connell is youthful and energetic, and was referred to as an overzealous freak by Irvine. O'Connell is a bit gullible. He likes to negotiate, especially with Moonbay. They get under each others skin a bit, but neither have big egos. O'Connell is a nice guy that means well and is always around when you need him.
