Character Description: Ginji Matsuzaki
Ginji Matsuzaki, at one time, was the Washimine Group's most feared assassin, earning the nickname "Hikokiri Ginji" ("Manslayer Ginji") for his great skill with the katana; Ginji thought guns were not honorable weapons. Wishing to escape the life he led, he went into retirement as a street vendor, which made less money, but at least he was more at ease with himself. However, when Balalaika and Hotel Moscow decided to gain greater influence in Japan by killing-off the group's leadership – which included Yukio – Ginji once again took-up his white-sheaved sword to protect her.
Ginji's skill with the katana is phenomenal, being able to cleave bullets in two in mid-air. He is also very tall for one from Japan. And according to Revy, he was the one person who had the greatest chance to kill her.
