Character Description: Shane J. Caxton

Originally a Vietnam veteran, Shane Caxton is a black-ops agent working for the United States' National Security Council as the leader of the team named 'Gray Fox'. Working with agents within the Venezuelan Army, Caxton's team was responsible for the bombing assassination of a leftist politician there – a bombing which also resulted in the death of Diego Lovelace, the benefactor of Roberta and Garcia's father! Now in Roanapur, Caxton seeks to involve himself and his team in business normally overseen by the Central Intelligence Agency – the purpose, to disrupt heroin shipment routes run by Chang's Triad.

What he and his team don't realize that Roberta, angry and running on heavy doses of Ritalin to stay awake, is hot on his tail, hoping to kill him in revenge for Diego's death! She had already killed his Venezuelan allies and is now gathering weapons attack his team, as well as FARC terrorists summoned by Abrego when he heard Roberta was back in Roanapur.

Like Dutch, Caxton seems to operate with a code of honor. During the Vietnam War, he was responsible for killing one of his men when he threatened to rape a young girl after a raid there.
