Character Description: Gooley Andrew Francis
Gooley Andrew Francis is the head of the 3WA and Kei and Yuri's immediate supervisor. He does care about the Lovely Angels greatly and wants them to return from their assignments unharmed... as well as whatever planet they run into or spaceship they board.
But more often than not, the two end up wrecking a lot of stuff along the way, which doesn't do Gooley's stomach any good, as he constantly has to rely on antacids whenever he gets the damage reports.
