Character Profile: Masashi Masamune

Masashi is Naota's classmate. He has almost no attachment to the story. Unlike Gaku, he really isn't interested in Naota and Haruko kissing. He seems more of the laid back type.

Masashi is not as crazy as Gaku but not as serious as Ninamori. He and Gaku like talking about the rumors relating to the Vespa Woman (Haruko) and about how lucky Naota is to have a robot (Canti) at the house. Masashi and Gaku call Mamimi Naota's wife or old lady since she is always around Naota, and likes crawling all over him.

Around the end of the series we learn that he, Gaku and Ninamori got jobs delivering things.
