Eiko Rando is the entire administration behind Kagura Security. She is the diplomat, secretary, lawyer, accountant, mechanic, munitions (weapons and ammo) expert, strategist, and anything else that the others don't do, which is almost everything except fight Phantom Cats.

Eiko Rando gets people to sign their contracts, give out paychecks, and keeps the team together. Eiko Rando is very straight forward about everything. She says everything the way she means it.

Actually, Eiko Rando also likes to go into battle with the Phantom Cats. She uses metal knuckles in a fight, as is almost a master of martial arts. Eiko Rando also collects the payments from the people who hire Kagura Security to deal with a Phantom Cat, and finds clients for Kagura Security.

Eiko Rando is the only one at Kagura Security who isn't interested in Yoichi Taba as more than another employee for Kagura Security.
