Character Description: Eugene A.J. Davis
Eugene A.J. Davis is the deceased twin brother of Oliver Davis, now known as Kazuya Shibuya, a.k.a. Naru. The circumstances of Eugene's death have yet to be revealed, but he was once described as a 'perfect medium' – meaning that, whatever spirit he was able to channel, he could speak to that spirit no matter what language it spoke.
Eugene also had a different personality that Naru. He was gentler, friendlier, and more affable with people than his rather narcissistic brother. Naru, however, was not comfortable around him, since Eugene often played jokes on him. Perhaps because of this he would often be found in Mai's visions, often giving the girl hints on the various cases she and Naru were on. Mai, however, is unaware that Eugene was Naru's brother, and believes this is a different aspect of Naru.
