Character Description: Kazuya Shibuya
Kazuya Shibuya, also known as Naru, is the president of Shibuya Psychic Research. Unlike the other characters, Naru seems to have no spiritual powers. Instead, he uses his knowledge and the abilities of his companions in order to solve the cases.
It is hinted that Naru may have some strong psychic powers, though throughout the show it is unclear whether he does or not. He seems cold but in actuality he really does care about those around him.
In the last episode of the series, Naru saves everyone with his own spiritual powers. Though it does not go into any detail about what he is exactly or what his powers are in name or what they can do besides destroy something, he does have them. He just keeps them hidden and prefers not to use his powers.
