Character Description: Claire Leonelli
Claire is the leader of the Leonelli crime family in the city of Judoh. The title is known as Vampire, perhaps alluding to what a mafia does. His father, Lorenzo, wanted him to be his successor. The other members of the mafia are loyal to Claire, but they do worry about him. Why? Because he is insane. (He has been compared to Dilandau Albatou of Escaflowne fame.)
Perhaps that has something to do with Lorenzo not accepting him for who he was and possibly abusing him. He is out to prove that he can lead the Leonelli family, despite his young age and instability. He has a tendency to solve a problem with an explosion.
Clair's I.Q. is listed as being 148... which is pretty impressive.
