Description: Raimuiro Senkitan
Raimuiro Senkitan is a 13-episode anime that's like Space Battleship Yamato, Shaman King, and any magical girl anime like Sailor Moon, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, Futari wa Pretty Cure, and Tokyo Mew Mew, but with marine girls with a psychic link to unmanned mechas. Some people don't like this anime, but many others favor it. It's considered a cute anime.
The anime takes place during the Russo-Japanese war in the year 1904 (37th Meji Era year) where Shintaro Umakai, a former Japanese diplomat, becomes a teacher for five young girls aboard a flying navy boat named Amanohara. But these are no ordinary girls; they have special powers, known as Konjiki, which allow them to operate their mechas, called Raimu, against Russian Raimu units led by Grigori Rasputin. These Russian Raimu often attack Amanohara during its travels to Port Arthur for the final battle.
