Character Description: Ashuramaru
Ashuramaru has a variety of weapons. His name means "fighting demon purity."
His original name was Kujakumaru. He challenged his old-friend Bakunetsumaru to a duel and lost. He wanted Bakunetsumaru to finish him so he could die with honor, but Bakunetsumaru refused to. Kujakumaru became angry that Bakunetsumaru digraced him. As a result, he gave himself over to the evil Kibaomaru and gained new power and a new name, Ashuramaru.
He traveled to Neotopia to challenge Bakunetsumaru to a duel in name of the Dark Axis. But it was more personal than professional, wanting only Bakunetsumaru and no one else. During their duel, Captain Gundam interfered to help Bakunetsumaru, only to get damaged in the process.
After both heal their wounds, Bakunetsumaru and Ashuramaru were about to resume their duel when the legendary DaiShogun of Perfect Virtue appears and teleported them to the Garden of Samurai Spirits to settle their differences once and for all. In the end, Bakunetsumaru won and Ashuramaru finnally died an honerable death in battle, becoming a Gun-Soul which would one day be reborn...
