Character Description: Decoe
Decoe is the tallest of Dr. Eggman's not-too-clever helpers. He and Bocoe both work for Dr. Eggman and try to do everything the doctor tells them to, but they often goof up. They, however, are capable of piloting some of the robots that Dr. Eggman deploys.
