Character Description: Tennyo Masaki
As strange as it may seem, Tennyo Masaki is Tenchi's older sister... by about 73 years! In Tenchi's early years, Tennyo and her mother, Kiyone (not to be confused with Galaxy Police Detective Kiyone or Achika Masaki, Tenchi's mother from Tenchi the Move: Tenchi Muyo in Love) would occasionally swap places taking care of Tenchi, mostly because they looked alike.
Tennyo would return ten years later, mostly because she was attending a class reunion on Earth (she has to adopt an older disguise, just like her grandfather Katsuhito), but also to introduce Noike as Tenchi's fiancee, much to Ryoko and Ayeka's displeasure.
