The story of the Kinnikuman anime is about Kinnikuman as he gains more experience and strength to become the king of Planet Kinniku, including winning the Chōjin Olympics against Robin Mask and Warsman and defeating the Seven Devil Chōjin lead by Buffaloman. His sidekick and first trainer is Alexandria "Niku" Meat and the weakest Kaiju, Nachiguron. In the Ultimate Muscle anime, his son, Kid Muscle is the hero. Kinnikuman lost a lot of his muscles but still can fight. He is married to Bibimba. His signature techniques are the Kinniku Buster, the Kinniku Driver and the 100 Special Moves.
