Character Description: Skullduggery
Kinkotsuman (Skullduggery in the Ultimate Muscle dub) is the rival of Kinnikuman. However, he is just as stupid as Kinnikuman. The only evil thing that he did was shoot Terryman in the leg, paralyzing his leg and requiring the need for a prosthetic leg in the 20th Chōjin Olympics arc. In the manga, he disappears after the Tag Team arc, but in the anime, he cheers on Kinnikuman for the rest of the first part.
