Character Profile: Barnette Orangello

Barnette is the only reoccurring dread pilot that doesn't combine with Hibiki. She is very independent and has a strong will. She is also shown to be very stubborn and will hold a grudge. She has feelings for Jura, which are returned, but Barnette often has to put up with Jura's schemes to try to get Hibiki to combine with her dread in the first stage and have a baby with Hibiki in the second stage.

She takes over Redge central after the loss of Gascongue in the second stage. She shows a greater maturity, as she never wants to lose a friend again. Barnette also likes to collect antique guns, and has shown herself to be very trigger happy.

She returns as a pilot in the final battle.
