Character Description: Weevil Underwood

Right down to his personality, Weevil Underwood is an incredible pest: ready to sting you when you least expect it and always in for a underhanded trick. Yugi and Kaiba aside, he's considered the best of the local Domino Duelists. Right off the bat, he rubbed Yugi's gang raw. On the way to Duelist Kingdom, Weevil asked Yugi if he could look at his Exodia cards, and soon after Yugi handed them over, Weevil tossed them overboard.

A very angry Yugi chased him as soon as the tournament began. Weevil had been playing for that, though, and thought he had the upper hand when he pulled Yugi into his field of choice. He was even more psyched because (in lieu of a second Starchip), Yugi had wagered his Dueling Deck. However, Weevil underestimated Yugi's dueling ability and lost. Joey took his dealing gauntlet and was happy to tell him he was out of the tournament after just one duel.

Weevil then shows up again in Battle City, armed with his mighty Insect Queen and some new underhanded tricks. This time, Joey felt Weevil's sting...when he learned that a Parasite Paracide has been slipped into his Deck. But Joey kept his cool and surprised Weevil by outplaying him at his own game of surprises, beating Weevil and (once again) gaining the honor of telling Weevil that he was out of the tournament.

Character Description: Weevil Underwood

Weevil Underwood is the infamous insect duelist and regional champion of the show. He came in second by defeating Rex Raptor, and Maximillin Pegasus allowed him to enter the Duelist Kingdom Tournament. On the way to Duelist Kingdom, Weevil stole Yugi's Exodia cards and tossed them overboard. Joey jumped in the water to get them back, but only found two of them. As it turned out, Weevil intended to rid Yugi of his secret weapon. Weevil's a master of deception and ensures he has a advantage on his opponents.

Weevil thought he had the upper hand when he pulled Yugi into his field of choice, where his bug monsters would be at their strongest. He was even more psyched because (in lieu of a second Starchip), Yugi had wagered his entire Dueling Deck. However, Weevil underestimated Yugi's dueling ability lost when his Great Moth was electrocuted by Yami combination of Magical-Mist and Summoned-Skull. Weevil loses to Yugi and is forced to fork over his Starchips and his duelist glove. Weevil is officially the first kicked off the island.

Weevil then shows up again in Battle City, armed with his rare Insect Queen and some new underhanded tricks. This time, he challenged Joey, whose deck Weevil slipped into his Parasite Paracide, turning turned all Joey's monsters into insects.

Using Insect Barrier to block all of Joey's attacks, Weevil quickly brought out his Insect Queen to finish the job. Unfortunately for Weevil, Joey played Gearfried the Iron Knight (who is immune to Parasite Paracide), and Graverobber (which allows him to steal a Bug Spray card that kills Insect Queen instantly). Joey used Gearfried to destroy Insect Queen's eggs, beating Weevil and winning his rarest card, the Insect Queen, as well as a locator card.

Weevil joined the DOOM organization afterwards, intent on getting revenge on Yugi for his defeat on Duelist Kingdom. But when Yami beat him again, Weevil lost his soul as a result.
